Fermenteur à Regard Latéral 300L

Acier inoxydable SUS304 Refroidissement à double enveloppe au glycol Conception d'un regard côté pression

Description du produit :

Pressure-Rated Side Manhole for Practical Brewery Operation
The side manhole position provides direct lateral access to the tank interior at a more accessible working height, making it easier to perform dry hopping, ingredient additions, visual inspection, and manual checks without elevated platforms or ladders. This is particularly practical in nano brewery environments with limited ceiling height or compact production floor layouts.

60° Cone Angle for Complete Yeast Discharge and Harvest
The 60° conical bottom creates the gravitational angle required for clean and complete yeast sedimentation and trub separation after fermentation. This allows efficient yeast harvesting from the discharge port, supports consistent yeast reuse across multiple batches, and reduces residual trub carryover into the next production cycle.

Full-Column Glycol Jacket — Cone and Sidewall Coverage
Glycol cooling is delivered through a dimple plate jacket applied to both the conical base and the cylindrical sidewall, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across the full liquid volume throughout fermentation. At the 300L scale, this full-column thermal management is critical for maintaining consistent ale and lager fermentation profiles batch after batch.

360° CIP Rotating Spray Ball — Hygienic In-Place Cleaning
The TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° rotating spray ball covers the complete internal surface area — including the dome, side manhole area, sidewall, and cone — without any disassembly. This supports full CIP compatibility with both manual cleaning carts and automated CIP systems, reducing cleaning time and maintaining consistent sanitary standards between batches.

100% TIG Welded, Ra ≤ 0.6 μm Interior Polish
All welds are completed under pure argon gas shielding and inspected prior to finishing. The interior surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.6 μm with no dead corners, satisfying food-grade sanitary requirements for commercial beer fermentation. The Pickled and Passivated surface treatment provides long-term corrosion resistance under typical brewery operating conditions.

Factory Pressure Tested with Full Documentation
Each tank is water and gas jacket leak tested at 30 psi for 1 hour and 3.6 bar / 37.5 psi for 40 hours before leaving the ZR BREW factory. All test records, inspection data, and quality documentation are packaged and delivered with the unit. All valves and fittings are included in the standard delivery scope.

Foire aux questions

  • Is the 300L beer fermentation tank suitable for a commercial nano brewery or pilot brewing program?

Yes. The ZR BREW 300L beer fermentation tank (approximately 3HL or 2.56 BBL effective volume) is designed to the same commercial sanitary and pressure standards as larger production fermenters in the ZR-FV range. It is well-suited for nano brewery operations, pilot batch programs, recipe development programs, and small brewpub or taproom productions running frequent small batches. Buyers planning to scale production can add additional tanks from the same series without changing their cleaning or process systems.

  • What is the practical advantage of a side manhole versus a top manhole design at the 300L scale?

At the 300L scale, brewery facilities often have compact ceiling heights or overhead pipework that limits access from above. The side manhole provides direct lateral access at a comfortable working height, making dry hopping, ingredient additions, and visual inspections significantly more practical without requiring a step platform. For nano brewery teams managing small-batch production and frequent recipe changes, this access configuration improves day-to-day operational efficiency.

  • Can the configuration of this 300L fermenter be customized for my specific brewery?

Yes. ZR BREW manufactures all fermenters to order. For the 300L model, buyers can request adjustments to leg height, discharge port position, fitting locations, interior polish level (2B, Pickled and Passivated, or Mirror finish), insulation thickness, and cooling jacket coverage area. 2D and 3D facility layout drawings are available to confirm that the final tank dimensions align with your floor plan, ceiling height, and drainage system before production begins.

  • What external cooling infrastructure does this fermenter require?

This tank uses a glycol water cooling system connected to the dimple plate jacket on the cone and sidewall. A separate glycol chiller supplying chilled glycol at the correct flow rate and temperature setpoint must be installed externally. ZR BREW can recommend and supply a matched glycol cooling system sized for your total installed fermentation capacity — including single-tank and multi-tank nano brewery configurations. Contact our team for a cooling system specification based on your setup.

  • How is the 300L fermenter cleaned between batches, and does it support automated CIP?

Yes. This fermenter is fully CIP-compatible without any internal disassembly. The TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° rotating spray ball delivers cleaning solution across the complete internal surface, including the dome, side manhole seal area, sidewall, and conical base. The Ra ≤ 0.6 μm polished interior with no dead corners ensures effective and verifiable cleaning for both manual CIP cart connections and automated multi-tank CIP systems. ZR BREW also supplies CIP cleaning systems as compatible accessories for complete nano brewery builds.
