Pressure-Rated Side Manhole for Practical Brewery Operation
The side manhole position provides direct lateral access to the tank interior at a more accessible working height, making it easier to perform dry hopping, ingredient additions, visual inspection, and manual checks without elevated platforms or ladders. This is particularly practical in nano brewery environments with limited ceiling height or compact production floor layouts.
60° Cone Angle for Complete Yeast Discharge and Harvest
The 60° conical bottom creates the gravitational angle required for clean and complete yeast sedimentation and trub separation after fermentation. This allows efficient yeast harvesting from the discharge port, supports consistent yeast reuse across multiple batches, and reduces residual trub carryover into the next production cycle.
Full-Column Glycol Jacket — Cone and Sidewall Coverage
Glycol cooling is delivered through a dimple plate jacket applied to both the conical base and the cylindrical sidewall, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across the full liquid volume throughout fermentation. At the 300L scale, this full-column thermal management is critical for maintaining consistent ale and lager fermentation profiles batch after batch.
360° CIP Rotating Spray Ball — Hygienic In-Place Cleaning
The TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° rotating spray ball covers the complete internal surface area — including the dome, side manhole area, sidewall, and cone — without any disassembly. This supports full CIP compatibility with both manual cleaning carts and automated CIP systems, reducing cleaning time and maintaining consistent sanitary standards between batches.
100% TIG Welded, Ra ≤ 0.6 μm Interior Polish
All welds are completed under pure argon gas shielding and inspected prior to finishing. The interior surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.6 μm with no dead corners, satisfying food-grade sanitary requirements for commercial beer fermentation. The Pickled and Passivated surface treatment provides long-term corrosion resistance under typical brewery operating conditions.
Factory Pressure Tested with Full Documentation
Each tank is water and gas jacket leak tested at 30 psi for 1 hour and 3.6 bar / 37.5 psi for 40 hours before leaving the ZR BREW factory. All test records, inspection data, and quality documentation are packaged and delivered with the unit. All valves and fittings are included in the standard delivery scope.
