Side Manhole Design For Practical Facility Access
The pressure-rated side manhole door provides direct interior access at working height, eliminating the need for top-entry platforms or additional headroom. This makes interior inspection, manual yeast harvesting, and routine maintenance significantly faster and safer in facilities with ceiling height limitations — a practical advantage for brewpubs, converted production spaces, and compact microbrewery layouts.
60° Conical Bottom For Efficient Yeast Excretion
The 60° cone angle is engineered for clean and complete yeast sedimentation and collection. Combined with the horizontal rotating racking arm and conical port butterfly valve, the tank supports efficient yeast cropping, clear beer separation, and reduced trub carry-over into subsequent batches.
Full-Coverage Glycol Jacket With Dimpled Plate Construction
The dimpled plate glycol jacket covers both the cone section and the sidewall, delivering uniform temperature control across the full fermentation volume. This design supports precise temperature management during active fermentation, cold crashing, and conditioning — essential for consistent batch quality in commercial production.
Dead-Corner-Free Sanitary Interior With 360° CIP Coverage
The interior is fully polished to Ra 0.2–0.4 μm with no dead corners on either the cone or the dome. The TC-connected CIP spray arm provides 360° spray ball coverage for thorough in-place cleaning without disassembly, reducing cleaning time and supporting sanitation compliance across high-frequency batch cycling.
Dry Hopping Port For In-Tank Hop Addition
The integrated 6–8° TC dry hopping port with solid end cap allows direct dry hop addition under pressure without tank depressurization. This enables commercial breweries and craft beer producers to execute dry hopping protocols efficiently, with no oxygen exposure risk and no disruption to the fermentation environment.
SUS304/316 Full-Weld Construction With Documented Quality Inspection
Each tank is manufactured from certified SUS304 stainless steel (SUS316 available on request). Quality checks include raw material inspection, TIG weld inspection, jacket pressure testing by water and gas (3 bar/45 psi for 1 hour; 3.5 bar/52 psi for 48 hours), tank leak testing by water and gas (4 bar/60 psi for 1 hour; 5 bar/73.5 psi for 48 hours), and a final production record review before delivery. All inspection data is documented and recorded for buyer reference.
