You need a solid, level foundation (such as a concrete pad) capable of supporting the weight of a fully loaded container. Additionally, you must ensure reliable access to industrial power (typically 3-phase), a clean water supply, and a municipal or compliant drainage connection near the parking area.
Yes, temperature control is critical. Normal brewing operations generate significant heat. If your local ambient temperature frequently exceeds 25°C (77°F), we strongly recommend equipping the container with an industrial air conditioner to maintain a comfortable working environment for the brewer and protect sensitive electronic controls.
We fully modify the interior floor. We install anti-skidding stainless steel diamond plates with built-in slopes directing wastewater to a central, pre-piped drainage trench. This trench connects to a single external outlet, making it easy to hook up to your site's sewer system.
