Precision Glycol Cooling With Dimpled Jacket
The dimpled plate glycol jacket covers both the cone and sidewall, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across the full tank volume. This delivers stable and controllable conditioning and cold-crashing performance for consistent batch quality.
Dead-Corner-Free Sanitary Interior
The interior is fully polished to Ra 0.2–0.4 μm with no dead corners on the cone or dome. Combined with 100% TIG welding under pure argon gas shielding, the tank meets hygienic production requirements and supports efficient CIP cleaning without residue buildup.
Integrated CO₂ Carbonation Stone
A built-in carbonation stone for CO₂ allows direct inline carbonation inside the conditioning tank, eliminating the need for a separate carbonation unit and reducing process steps between fermentation and packaging.
360° Coverage CIP Spray Ball
The TC-connected CIP spray arm with 360° spray ball coverage ensures thorough in-place cleaning of the entire internal surface, reducing cleaning time and supporting consistent sanitation across production cycles.
Rated Pressure Design For Safe Carbonation
With a working pressure of 0.2 MPa (≈30psi) and a design pressure of 0.3 MPa (≈45psi) on the interior, the tank is rated for safe carbonation operations under commercial brewery conditions. The mechanical safety valve (PVRV) and safety valve on top provide redundant overpressure protection.
SUS304/316 Full-Weld Construction With Quality Inspection
Each tank is manufactured from certified SUS304 (SUS316 optional) stainless steel. Quality checks include raw material inspection, welding inspection, jacket pressure testing by water and gas (3bar/75psi for 1 hour; 5bar/52psi for 48 hours), tank pressure testing (4bar/60psi for 1 hour; 5bar/73.5psi for 48 hours), production records, and a final inspection before delivery. All data is recorded for strict quality control and management.
