Glycol Jacket with Dimpled Plate — Precise and Uniform Temperature Control
The glycol cooling jacket uses a dimpled plate design on both the cone and the cylindrical side wall, maximising coolant contact area for rapid, uniform temperature drop across the full tank body. This allows brewers to hold precise conditioning temperatures without cold spots or thermal inconsistency, which is critical for beer clarity and carbonation stability before packaging.
30psi Working Pressure + Safety Valve System — Pressure-Safe Operation
The tank is rated to a 0.2 Mpa (30psi) interior working pressure with a 0.3 Mpa (45psi) design pressure ceiling, providing a substantial safety margin for natural carbonation and CO₂ injection processes. A mechanical PVRV safety valve is mounted on the CIP arm, and a top-mounted safety valve provides redundant pressure relief — both are standard-fit, not optional extras.
360° CIP Spray Ball — In-Place Cleaning Without Disassembly
The TC-connected CIP arm is fitted with a 360° full-coverage rotating spray ball, ensuring complete internal surface coverage during cleaning-in-place cycles. Combined with the sanitary 2B interior finish (polished to 0.2–0.4 μm without dead corners), this design eliminates residue accumulation risk and keeps cleaning downtime between batches to a minimum.
CO₂ Carbonation Stone + Pressure Gauge — Accurate In-Tank Carbonation
A carbonation stone for CO₂ injection is included as standard, enabling precise in-tank carbonation directly in the bright beer tank without requiring a separate carbonation vessel. The diaphragm pressure gauge on the CIP arm provides real-time pressure monitoring throughout the carbonation process, supporting consistent carbonation levels across batches.
80mm Polyurethane Insulation — Cold Retention for Extended Conditioning
The 80mm polyurethane insulation layer around the tank body and cone section provides effective thermal retention, reducing glycol chiller load and maintaining stable conditioning temperatures even during extended holds. This is particularly beneficial for lagers and other cold-conditioned beer styles that require consistent low-temperature storage over several weeks.
Heavy-Duty SUS304 Leg Structure — Stable Floor Installation
Four fully SUS304 heavy-duty adjustable legs with leveling pads and leg support brackets provide a stable, level base for floor installation on uneven brewery surfaces. Top-mounted ladder hooks are included for safe access during CIP and inspection operations, reducing the need for external scaffolding in taller tank configurations.
