360° CIP Rotating Spray Ball — No Disassembly Required
The TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° rotating spray ball delivers cleaning solution to the complete internal surface area, including the dome, manhole area, sidewall, and cone. This enables fully in-place cleaning between batches without tank disassembly, reducing downtime and supporting consistent sanitation standards across multi-tank brewery operations.
100% TIG Welded Construction, Ra ≤ 0.6 μm Interior Polish
All welds are completed under pure argon gas shielding and subject to full inspection. The interior surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.6 μm with no dead corners, meeting food-grade hygiene requirements for commercial beer production environments. The Pickled and Passivated finish resists corrosion and maintains long-term surface integrity.
Factory Pressure Tested and Fully Documented Before Delivery
Each ZR BREW fermenter undergoes a multi-stage quality verification process including jacket water and gas leak testing (30 psi for 1 hour; 3.6 bar / 37.5 psi for 40 hours), interior polishing verification, and complete system commissioning at the factory. All test data and inspection records are documented and supplied with the unit as part of ZR BREW’s standard quality assurance package.
