Pressure-Rated Top Manhole for Versatile Access
The top manhole design provides direct overhead access for dry hopping, fining agent addition, internal inspection, and manual cleaning when required. This is particularly practical for nano brewery teams managing compact batches with frequent recipe adjustments.
60° Cone for Clean and Complete Yeast Discharge
The 60° conical bottom ensures efficient gravitational yeast settling and clean harvest from the discharge port. This minimises cross-batch contamination risk and supports consistent yeast reuse across multiple production cycles.
Full-Coverage Glycol Jacket — Cone and Sidewall
Dimple plate glycol jackets are applied to both the cone section and the cylindrical sidewall, providing full-column temperature uniformity. This level of thermal control is essential for maintaining consistent fermentation profiles in both ales and lagers at the 3HL scale.
360° CIP Spray Ball — In-Place Cleaning Without Disassembly
The TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° rotating spray ball ensures complete internal surface coverage during cleaning cycles. Breweries with limited staff benefit from reduced manual cleaning time and consistent hygiene results between batches.
100% TIG Welded, Ra ≤ 0.4 μm Interior Polish
All welds are performed under pure argon gas shielding and fully inspected. The interior surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm with no dead corners, meeting food-grade sanitary requirements for commercial beer fermentation environments.
Factory Pressure Tested and Documented Before Delivery
Each tank is water and gas jacket leak tested (30 psi for 1 hour and 3.6 bar / 37.5 psi for 40 hours) at the ZR BREW facility. All test records are documented and shipped with the unit as standard quality assurance documentation.
