The 500L Pot and Column Still is a comprehensive, medium‑scale hybrid distillation system for commercial whiskey production. Featuring a 500‑liter full‑copper pot still with an integrated tall fractionating column (6+ sight glasses), copper dome with sight glass, and diamond‑plate stainless steel boiler body, connected via copper lyne arm to a copper condenser column and dual stainless steel collection tanks — all with comprehensive gauge monitoring and sanitary tri‑clamp fittings. The integrated column design provides exceptional separation efficiency while maintaining the rich, complex character of pot‑still production. The dual collection tanks enable precise heads‑hearts‑tails separation, while the copper vapor path ensures catalytic sulfur removal for premium spirit quality. The pump‑assisted system enables efficient operation and easy transfer between vessels.
