Die 1500-Liter-Kessel- und Säulendestille ist eine groß angelegte Hybrid-Destillationsanlage in Produktionsqualität für den kommerziellen Whiskybetrieb. Sie verfügt über einen 1500-Liter-Kessel aus Edelstahl mit Riffelblech und einer eleganten Kupferkuppel, einen trichterförmigen Helm und ein übergroßes Schauglas, das über einen Kupfer-Lyne-Arm mit einer hohen Kupfer-Fraktionierungssäule (7 Schaugläser) und einem Edelstahlkondensator verbunden ist – alles montiert auf einem Edelstahlrahmen mit Riffelblech, umfassender Messgeräteüberwachung und hygienischen Tri-Clamp-Anschlüssen. Die 7-Platten-Kupfersäule bietet eine außergewöhnliche Trennleistung für die Herstellung hochreiner Spirituosen, während die Kupferkuppel und der Helm eine katalytische Schwefelentfernung gewährleisten und so für einen reinen, charaktervollen Geschmack sorgen.
