Featuring a 1500‑liter diamond‑plate stainless steel boiler with an elegant copper dome, funnel‑shaped helmet, and oversized sight glass, connected via copper lyne arm to a tall copper fractionating column (7 sight glasses) and a stainless steel condenser — all mounted on a diamond‑plate SS frame with comprehensive gauge monitoring and sanitary tri‑clamp fittings. The 7‑plate copper column provides exceptional separation efficiency for producing high‑purity spirits, while the copper dome and helmet ensure catalytic sulfur removal for clean, characterful flavor. Dual‑mode operation supports traditional pot‑still runs for rich, full‑bodied whiskey, or column‑assisted distillation for vodka and neutral spirits.
