Featuring a 100‑liter diamond‑plate stainless steel boiler with dome sight glass and bottom firebox, a tall copper‑and‑stainless‑steel fractionating column (6 sight glasses), a U‑tube condenser with pressure gauge, and a side drain valve. The 6‑plate column provides superior separation efficiency compared to simpler designs, enabling precise reflux control for producing a wide range of spirit profiles — from rich, characterful whiskey to high‑proof neutral spirits.
