The 100L Column Still (Direct Fire) is a compact, vertical column distillation system with a traditional gas/wood fire heating option, ideal for small‑batch whiskey production and craft distilling. Featuring a 100‑liter diamond‑plate stainless steel boiler with dome sight glass and bottom firebox, a tall copper‑and‑stainless‑steel fractionating column (6 sight glasses), a U‑tube condenser with pressure gauge, and a side drain valve. The 6‑plate column provides superior separation efficiency compared to simpler designs, enabling precise reflux control for producing a wide range of spirit profiles — from rich, characterful whiskey to high‑proof neutral spirits. The direct fire heating option offers flexibility for locations without reliable electric supply, or for distillers preferring traditional flame‑heated operation.
