Die 1000-Liter-Pot-Still- und Kolonnenbrennblase ist eine großtechnische Hybrid-Destillationsanlage für die kommerzielle Whiskyherstellung. Sie besteht aus einer 1000-Liter-Pot-Still aus Vollkupfer mit integrierter hoher Fraktionierkolonne (4 Schaugläser), einer Kupferkuppel mit Schauglas sowie einem Kesselkörper aus Edelstahl mit Riffelblech und Rührwerk, der über Kupferrohre mit einem hohen Edelstahl-Kondensator/Sammeltank mit Thermometern verbunden ist – alles mit umfassender Messanzeigeüberwachung und hygienischen Tri-Clamp-Anschlüssen. Die integrierte Kolonnenkonstruktion sorgt für eine außergewöhnliche Trennleistung und bewahrt gleichzeitig den reichen, komplexen Charakter der Pot-Still-Destillation.
