4-Vessel Efficiency — 6 Batches Per Day
The dedicated 4-vessel setup (Mash, Lauter, Kettle, Whirlpool) allows parallel processing, enabling staggered brewing cycles. This eliminates bottlenecking, allowing high-volume commercial breweries to achieve up to 6 batches daily without equipment idle time.
Siemens PLC Full Automation
Standardized with Siemens PLC control, this system handles liquid level metering, water-to-grain ratios, temperature ramping, and recipe replication automatically. It ensures batch-to-batch consistency for large-scale operations while reducing manual labor requirements.
Steam Recovery & Thermal Efficiency
The integrated steam condensing unit captures latent heat, returning it to the brewing water circuit. This significantly lowers energy consumption per batch, a critical factor for managing operational costs at a 2500L/batch scale.
Robust Filtration & Discharge
The lauter tun features a reinforced 8mm thick flat-bottom stainless steel support structure designed to withstand heavy grain beds. Coupled with an automatic pneumatic discharge valve, it allows for fast, clean, and safe grain removal between batches.
Wort Loop & Backwash Function
Multiple wort loop distribution pipes ensure even wort collection across the lauter bed, preventing channeling. The integrated backwash system clears bed blockages automatically, ensuring high wort clarity and predictable runoff times.
Modular & Scalable Design
The piping infrastructure and operating platform are pre-engineered for modular expansion. Future additions such as filtration systems, yeast recovery, or full packaging lines can be integrated with minimal disruption to the existing brewhouse workflow.
