The 50L Pot and Column Still is a compact, dual‑mode whiskey distillation system combining traditional pot‑still craftsmanship with column distillation flexibility. Featuring a 50‑liter full‑copper pot with an elegant onion helmet, dome sight glass, and copper lyne arm, connected to a tall copper fractionating column (5 sight glasses) and a copper condenser with thermometers — all in a beautiful, space‑saving design. The full‑copper construction throughout — pot, helmet, column, and condenser — maximizes catalytic sulfur removal for clean, premium spirit character. The dual‑mode design allows traditional pot‑still runs for rich, complex whiskey, or column‑assisted distillation for higher‑proof, cleaner spirits.
