Sheet Filtration for Final Beer Polishing and Haze Removal
The plate and frame design uses replaceable filter pads — available in different grades for coarse, fine, and polishing filtration — to remove residual yeast cells, protein haze, and micro-particulates that remain after upstream filtration stages. This makes it the preferred final clarification step before beer is filled into kegs, delivering a visually bright, market-ready product.
Replaceable Filter Sheets for Low-Cost Maintenance
Unlike membrane or DE filter systems that require specialized media or regeneration procedures, the plate and frame filter uses standard replaceable filter pads that can be swapped out quickly between batches — reducing filter maintenance time, lowering consumable costs, and simplifying sanitation during routine production cleaning.
SUS304 / SUS316 Stainless Steel Frame and Plate Construction
All structural components including the filter plates, frames, and manifold connections are fabricated from food-grade SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance against beer acids, CO₂, and brewery cleaning chemicals while maintaining sanitary compliance for direct beer contact applications.
Mobile Base for Flexible Filling Line Positioning
The integrated mobile base with castors enables the filter to be repositioned within the brewery filling area without fixed installation — allowing the system to serve multiple production stations, adapt to seasonal layout changes, or integrate with different single-head keg filling line configurations as needed.
Customizable Frame Count and Filter Sheet Grade
The number of filter frames — and therefore the total active filtration surface area — can be customized to match the buyer’s production volume and clarity requirements. Filter sheet grades can also be specified (from coarse to sterile polishing level) to suit different beer styles and packaging quality standards.
Direct Integration as the Final Stage Before Keg Filling
Designed to operate as the last filtration unit immediately upstream of a single-head keg filling machine, the plate and frame filter ensures every keg receives consistently polished, haze-free beer — protecting the filling machine nozzle from particulate fouling and maintaining visual product quality across each production batch.
