The 150L Pot and Column Still is a compact, dual‑mode whiskey distillation system combining traditional pot‑still character with column distillation efficiency. Featuring a 150‑liter diamond‑plate stainless steel boiler with a polished copper dome, onion helmet, and sight glass, connected to a tall copper fractionating column (4 sight glasses) and a copper condenser — all with full copper piping and precision gauges. The copper dome and helmet promote catalytic sulfur removal for clean, characterful spirit production, while the 4‑plate column provides adjustable reflux control. Dual‑mode operation allows traditional pot‑still runs for rich, complex whiskey, or column‑assisted distillation for higher‑proof spirits. Ideal for small‑batch craft distilleries and tasting rooms.
