Featuring a 150‑liter diamond‑plate stainless steel boiler with a polished copper dome, onion helmet, and sight glass, connected to a tall copper fractionating column (4 sight glasses) and a copper condenser — all with full copper piping and precision gauges. The copper dome and helmet promote catalytic sulfur removal for clean, characterful spirit production, while the 4‑plate column provides adjustable reflux control.
