A commercial brewery system (typically ranging from 45HL to 150HL per batch) is designed for large-scale, high-frequency beer production. Unlike microbreweries, industrial systems require advanced automation, efficient energy recovery, and strict quality control to ensure consistency across massive volumes. ZR Brew specializes in delivering end-to-end commercial solutions, integrating everything from malt milling and multi-vessel brewhouses to large-capacity fermentation tanks and CIP cleaning systems.
Achieve 4 to 10 brews per day, depending on system tier, with optimized multi-vessel brewhouse designs. Maximize your output without compromising on beer quality.
Equipped with Siemens PLC systems, our equipment offers precise temperature, flow, and recipe control, significantly reducing labor costs and human errors.
Our systems feature advanced steam condensation recovery and highly efficient heat exchangers, cutting down your daily water and electricity consumption.
Facing space or height limitations? Our engineering team provides free 3D modeling to perfectly fit the massive tanks into your existing or new industrial building.

A 5-vessel commercial brewhouse is an industrial brewing system consisting of a mash mixer, lauter tun, holding kettle, boil kettle, and whirlpool. This configuration allows breweries to achieve high-frequency continuous brewing, producing up to 10 batches per day, maximizing efficiency and output for large-scale operations.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) automation in industrial brewing provides precise control over temperature, flow rates, and recipe execution. By utilizing systems like Siemens PLC, commercial breweries can ensure consistent beer quality, reduce human error, and significantly lower labor costs during massive production runs.
Outdoor fermentation tanks are large-capacity, insulated stainless steel unitanks designed to withstand external weather conditions. Ranging from 90HL to 300HL, they are utilized by commercial breweries to save expensive indoor facility space while maintaining strict temperature control via glycol cooling jackets.
Dedicated in-house production lines for stainless steel brewhouses and fermentation tanks in Shandong, China.
Commercial brewery systems are typically completed within 90 to 120 days after the 3D drawings are confirmed.
Raw stainless steel is spectrometer-tested, plate thickness is checked with ultrasonic gauges, and internal welds are inspected with an industrial endoscope.
ZR Brew brewery equipment operates in craft and commercial breweries across six continents.
Due to the massive scale and customization required, the production lead time is typically 90 to 120 days after the 3D drawings are confirmed, depending on system size and level of customization.
Yes, our Siemens PLC control systems can be customized to communicate with standard industrial ERP systems for centralized factory management.
Tanks up to a certain diameter can be shipped in standard 40HQ containers. For oversized vessels (e.g., 150HL+), we utilize specialized flat rack containers or break-bulk shipping, ensuring safe delivery to your port.
