This 200L Column Still for Whiskey Distillation is an all-in-one column distillation system dedicated to whiskey production. It is built for growing micro and small craft distilleries to produce consistent small-batch whiskey. Featuring a 200-liter diamond-plate stainless steel boiler with copper alembic dome and sight glasses, a tall copper-and-stainless-steel fractionating column (4 sight glasses), a U-tube condenser with pressure gauge, and a bottom drain valve on stainless steel legs. The copper components promote sulfur removal for cleaner spirit character, while the 4-plate column allows adjustable reflux control for producing a range of profiles — from flavorful whiskey to high-purity spirits.
