The 500L All‑Copper Multi‑Functional Distiller is a large‑scale, premium production system designed for commercial distilleries seeking maximum copper contact. Featuring a 500‑liter capacity, it combines a red copper pot still with an elegant onion helmet and oversized dome sight glass, a tall 6‑plate all‑copper fractionating column, an all‑copper gin basket, and an all‑copper condenser — all mounted on a diamond‑plate stainless steel base with an integrated multi‑compartment collection tank. The extensive all‑copper vapor path — column, gin basket, and condenser — delivers exceptional catalytic sulfur removal for the cleanest, most characterful spirit production possible. The integrated bottom collection tank enables automatic heads‑hearts‑tails separation, while multiple sight glasses and precision gauges provide full process visibility and control. Dual‑mode operation supports pot‑still runs for whiskey, brandy, and rum, or column runs for vodka, gin, and neutral spirits.
