Project Overview

ZR Brew supplied a complete 3000L commercial brewery system for Kompaan Dutch Craft Brewing Company in the Netherlands. The project was designed for professional craft beer production, with a complete configuration covering malt milling, brewhouse operation, fermentation, bright beer storage, cooling, CIP cleaning, and automatic control.

Main Configuration

• Malt milling unit with malt mill, auger, hopper, and hydrator
• 3000L four-vessel brewhouse with hot liquor tank
• 6 × 60HL fermenters
• 4 × 30HL fermenters
• 1 × 30HL bright beer tank
• 1 × 60HL bright beer tank
• CLT for wort cooling and ILT for fermentation cooling, with chillers
• 500L CIP system with alkali, acid, and sterilizing tanks
• Siemens S7-1200 control system
