With a minimum recommended footprint of 400 ㎡ and a roof height requirement of 6000mm, this system is designed for dedicated industrial or commercial brewing facilities rather than small-scale or embedded operations.

  • What heating method does the ZR-5000 require, and is an external boiler necessary?

    The ZR-5000 is configured for steam heating or direct fire heating at this scale. If steam heating is selected, an external industrial steam boiler is required. We can provide boiler sizing guidance based on your facility’s utility infrastructure and energy supply conditions. Electric heating is not recommended at 5000L production scale due to power demand constraints.

  • Can the vessel configuration be customized for our production process?

    Yes. While the ZR-5000 is most commonly deployed as a 4-vessel system, we support 2, 3, 4, and 5-vessel brewhouse configurations.
