    This tank is specifically engineered for commercial production. A 10bbl capacity is ideal for expanding microbreweries, brewpubs, and mid-sized craft breweries. We also offer smaller tanks starting from 1BBL and larger commercial tanks up to 50BBL+.

  • Does this unit include a carbonation system?

    Yes, the tank comes standard with an integrated carbonation stone for CO₂ injection, allowing you to carbonate beer directly inside the bright beer tank, saving space and reducing transfer steps.

  • Can the dimensions or configuration be customized?

    Yes. ZR BREW offers full customization for tank dimensions (diameter/height ratio), pressure ratings, and exterior finishes (e.g., 8K mirror polish). We can adjust the configuration based on your facility layout and specific brewing workflow.

    This unit is fully CIP-ready. It features a top-mounted 360° spray ball connected to a TC CIP arm. The interior is polished to a sanitary finish without dead corners, allowing for effective automated cleaning without full tank disassembly.

    You will need a glycol supply and return line connection for the jacketed cooling, CO₂ supply for carbonation, and standard CIP piping connections. Our engineering team provides layout guidance to ensure all utility points are positioned correctly for your specific site.
