Commercial Pressure Rating: Engineered with a 30psi (0.2 Mpa) working pressure rating and integrated safety valve systems (PVRV), providing the robust pressure integrity required for carbonation.

Sanitary CIP Design: Features a TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° coverage spray ball and interior polished to 0.2–0.4 μm, preventing residue buildup and simplifying cleaning cycles between batches.

Accurate Process Instrumentation: Includes an integrated carbonation stone for precise CO₂ injection, a diaphragm pressure gauge, and a thermowell for high-accuracy temperature sensing.

Heavy-Duty Structural Integrity: Supported by 4 SUS304 heavy-duty legs with leveling pads, ensuring stability on brewery floor surfaces and ease of adjustment for plumbing alignment.
