It adopts dimpled stainless steel boiler, shell-and-tube condenser with thermometers, multi-compartment collection tank, triclamp fittings and comprehensive gauge monitoring. Adjustable reflux control supports flexible spirit profile tuning, ranging from rich whiskey to higher-proof spirits. Multiple sight glasses, thermometers and pressure gauges provide full process visibility. Built-in stirrer ensures uniform heating and consistent distillation results for continuous commercial whiskey manufacturing.

It features polished copper dome, oversized sight glass, tall copper fractionating column with 6 sight glasses, dimpled stainless steel boiler and shell-and-tube condenser with thermometers. The 6-plate copper column delivers catalytic sulfur removal to produce clean, flavourful high-purity whiskey spirits. Equipped with dedicated industrial control panel, multi-zone heating and emergency stop. Built-in agitator ensures even heat distribution across the boiler for stable and repeatable distillation batches.
