This 750L Column Still for Whiskey Distillation is a commercial column distillation system dedicated to whiskey production. It is engineered for mid-to-large craft distilleries to run high-volume, stable whiskey batches. Equipped with copper dome and copper column for sulfur removal to deliver clean and flavourful whiskey spirit. It adopts dimpled stainless steel boiler, shell-and-tube condenser with thermometers, multi-compartment collection tank, triclamp fittings and comprehensive gauge monitoring. Adjustable reflux control supports flexible spirit profile tuning, ranging from rich whiskey to higher-proof spirits. Multiple sight glasses, thermometers and pressure gauges provide full process visibility. Built-in stirrer ensures uniform heating and consistent distillation results for continuous commercial whiskey manufacturing.

This 1000L Column Still for Whiskey Distillation is an industrial column distillation system dedicated to whiskey production. It is designed for large commercial distilleries for high-volume continuous whiskey manufacturing. It features polished copper dome, oversized sight glass, tall copper fractionating column with 6 sight glasses, dimpled stainless steel boiler and shell-and-tube condenser with thermometers. The 6-plate copper column delivers catalytic sulfur removal to produce clean, flavourful high-purity whiskey spirits. Equipped with dedicated industrial control panel, multi-zone heating and emergency stop. Built-in agitator ensures even heat distribution across the boiler for stable and repeatable distillation batches.
