Anti-Water-Hammer Steam Jacket: Our precision-calculated steam jacket design and heat exchanger configuration prevent pressure surges during steam heating, protecting component integrity and maintaining stable, accurate thermal control throughout mashing and boiling.

Sanitary SUS304 Construction: All product-contact surfaces are fabricated from SUS304 (or optional SUS316) stainless steel with automated precision polishing, eliminating bacterial accumulation zones and ensuring rapid CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) compatibility.

  • What does a 5-vessel brewhouse configuration include, and why is it beneficial?

    The 5-vessel configuration includes a Mash Tun, Lauter Tun, Brew Kettle, Whirlpool Tank, and Hot Liquor Tank. Separating these functions allows simultaneous process stages to run in parallel, significantly reducing brew cycle time and enabling higher daily batch output compared to 2 or 3-vessel setups.

  • Can the heating method be adapted to our existing facility utilities?

    Yes. The ZR-10BBL supports electric heating, steam heating, and direct fire heating. If your facility already has a steam boiler, steam heating is the most energy-efficient option. Electric heating is available for boiler-free installations. We will advise on the most practical option based on your site assessment.
