The 200L Multi‑Functional Distiller is a dual‑mode pot‑column system designed for commercial craft distilleries. Featuring a 200‑liter capacity, red copper pot still with onion helmet, 5‑plate copper fractionating column with sight glasses, integrated gin basket, and stainless steel condenser — all on a compact diamond‑plate stainless steel skid. The full‑copper vapor path ensures clean, characterful spirit production, while dual‑mode operation allows traditional pot‑still runs for whiskey and brandy or high‑proof column runs for vodka and neutral spirits. Built with sanitary tri‑clamp fittings and a front manway for easy cleaning.
