The 500L All‑Copper Multi‑Functional Distiller is a premium, full‑copper production system for commercial distilleries demanding the highest spirit purity. Featuring a 500‑liter red copper pot still with tall conical neck and oversized dome sight glass, a 7‑plate all‑copper fractionating column, an all‑copper gin basket, and an all‑copper condenser — all integrated with a diamond‑plate stainless steel collection tank and an independent control panel. The complete all‑copper vapor path maximizes catalytic sulfur removal for the cleanest, most refined spirit character. The 7‑plate column provides exceptional separation efficiency for high‑proof neutral spirits, while pot‑still mode delivers full‑bodied whiskey, brandy, and rum. Multi‑compartment collection with sight glasses enables precise heads‑hearts‑tails separation, and sanitary tri‑clamp fittings ensure easy CIP cleaning.
