The 300L Commercial Spirit Distiller by ZR BREW is a high‑capacity, skid‑mounted production system designed for established craft distilleries. Featuring a 300‑liter red copper pot still with onion helmet, integrated agitator, and sight glass, paired with a 5‑plate copper fractionating column, a stainless steel gin basket, and a dimpled shell‑and‑tube condenser — all on a diamond‑plate stainless steel frame with a dedicated control panel. The agitator ensures even heat distribution for consistent distillation, while the full‑copper vapor path delivers clean, characterful spirit production. Dual‑mode operation supports pot‑still runs for whiskey, brandy, and rum, or column runs for vodka, gin, and neutral spirits. Sanitary tri‑clamp fittings throughout allow fast disassembly and CIP cleaning.
