The 2000L Multi‑Functional Distiller is a flagship industrial‑scale production system for the largest commercial distilleries. Featuring a 2000‑liter red copper pot still with conical neck, oversized dome sight glass, and integrated agitator, paired with a 5‑plate copper fractionating column, a stainless steel gin basket, and a dimpled shell‑and‑tube condenser — all integrated with a multi‑compartment diamond‑plate stainless steel collection tank. The massive copper dome and full vapor path deliver deep catalytic sulfur removal for premium spirit purity at maximum scale. The integrated agitator ensures even heat distribution across the enormous boiler, while the multi‑compartment collection system enables precise heads‑hearts‑tails separation. Multiple gauges and sanitary tri‑clamp fittings provide comprehensive monitoring and efficient CIP cleaning.
