Product Description:

The 250L Multi‑Functional Distiller is a compact, skid‑mounted commercial system for craft distilleries. With a 250‑liter capacity, it combines a red copper pot still with an onion helmet and lyne arm, a 5‑plate copper fractionating column with sight glasses, a stainless steel gin basket, and a shell‑and‑tube condenser — all on a diamond‑plate stainless steel frame with an independent control panel. The full‑copper vapor path delivers clean, characterful spirit production, while dual‑mode operation supports traditional pot‑still runs for whiskey and brandy, or column runs for high‑proof vodka and neutral spirits. Food‑grade 304 stainless steel and sanitary tri‑clamp fittings ensure easy cleaning and CIP compatibility.
