The 1500L Multi‑Functional Distiller is a large‑scale industrial production system for high‑volume commercial distilleries. Featuring a 1500‑liter red copper pot still with conical neck, decorative dome sight glass, and heavy‑duty diamond‑plate boiler body, paired with a 5‑plate copper fractionating column, a copper gin basket, and a dimpled stainless steel condenser — all on a diamond‑plate stainless steel skid with integrated pump. The full‑copper vapor path ensures deep catalytic sulfur removal for clean, premium spirit production at industrial scale. Multiple precision thermometers and pressure gauges provide comprehensive process monitoring, while sanitary tri‑clamp fittings enable efficient CIP cleaning. Dual‑mode operation supports pot‑still production for whiskey, brandy, and rum, or column distillation for vodka, gin, and neutral spirits.
