60° Cone Angle for Complete Yeast Discharge
The 60° cone bottom facilitates clean, efficient yeast harvesting and trub removal after fermentation, reducing cross-batch contamination and improving yeast reuse consistency — a critical factor in commercial brewing operations.
Full-Coverage Glycol Jacket (Cone + Side)
Dimple plate glycol jackets are applied to both the cone and the sidewall, providing uniform temperature control throughout the entire fermentation column. This supports precise lager and ale fermentation profiles without cold spots.
100% TIG Welded with Mirror-Finish Interior (Ra ≤ 0.6 μm)
All welds are executed with pure argon gas shielding and fully inspected. The interior surface is polished to a sanitary standard with no dead corners, meeting food-grade hygiene requirements for commercial beer fermentation.
360° CIP Rotating Ball Arm — In-Place Cleaning Without Disassembly
The TC-connected CIP arm with a 360° rotating coverage ball ensures complete internal surface washing. Breweries operating multiple tanks benefit from reduced cleaning downtime between batches.
Factory Pressure Tested Before Shipment
Each tank undergoes a water-and-gas jacket leak test (30 psi for 1 hour, 3.6 bar/37.5 psi for 40 hours) and system commissioning. All test data is recorded and delivered with the tank as part of ZR BREW’s standard quality documentation.
Custom Capacity and Configuration Available
The 2000L model is part of a full fermenter range from 100L to 6250L. Capacity, footprint, leg height, fitting layout, and control accessories can be adjusted to match your facility layout, ceiling height, and production process requirements.
