The 300L Commercial Pot‑Column Distiller is a large‑scale, all‑in‑one production system designed for high‑volume craft distilleries. Featuring a 300‑liter red copper pot still with onion helmet, a tall multi‑plate copper fractionating column with full sight‑glass visibility, a copper gin basket, dual copper condensers, and an integrated stainless steel fermentation/storage tank — all mounted on a diamond‑plate stainless steel base with multi‑zone valve control. The extensive copper vapor path ensures deep catalytic sulfur removal for clean, premium spirit production. The tall fractionating column enables high‑purity column distillation for vodka and neutral spirits, while pot‑still mode delivers characterful whiskey, brandy, and rum. The included fermentation vessel provides a seamless grain‑to‑glass workflow in one integrated package.
