Hybrid Copper & Stainless Steel Construction
Strategic combination of pure copper alembic components with 304 stainless steel structural elements. Copper dome, lyne arm, and reflux column provide superior catalytic purification — removing sulfur compounds and producing smoother-tasting spirits. Stainless steel pot base and frame ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
Traditional Alembic Design with Modern Performance
Classic onion-shaped copper helmet and curved lyne arm deliver the proven vapor dynamics trusted for centuries in whiskey and brandy production. The large sight glass on the pot enables real-time visual monitoring of the wash during distillation.
Multi-Plate Copper Reflux Column
Equipped with 4-5 sight glass observation windows for precise process control. Configurable for pot still or reflux operation — supporting production of whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, and brandy from a single system without major reconfiguration.
Integrated Collection System
Includes two stainless steel collection vessels on a compact frame, enabling clean separation of distillate cuts (head, heart, tail). Sanitary tri-clamp connections allow quick assembly, disassembly, and cleaning between batches.
Professional Monitoring & Control
Integrated temperature gauges at critical points provide accurate process visibility. Optional electric control panel available for precise temperature management and repeatable batch consistency.
Compact, Production-Ready Layout
All components — pot, column, condenser, and collection vessels — mounted on a stainless steel support frame. Small footprint suitable for craft distilleries, pilot lines, restaurants, or on-site spirits programs where space efficiency matters.
